I met with my psychiatrist at the McClendon Center in DC today, Dr. Carpenter. Dr. Carpenter prescribes my meds. You can contact Dr. Carpenter at 202 745 0073.
Dr. Carpenter provided me a copy of the initial assessment that was done by the McClendon Center intake social worker Karen Wood back in May 2009. I also got a copy of the initial assessment that was done at my first meeting with my former psychiatrist at McClendon, Didi Bailey, MD. I'm going to type up the documents and post them here.
I've also located a copy of my "Dream of Greensboro." I'll post that here also. It's rather lengthy, and I'll need to type that up. God, I hate typing!
