Dear Mr. Horan:
I enclose three additional documents for your information:
1. Excerpts from Brief of Appellant, filed on May 12, 1997, in the District of Columbia Court of Appeals, in Freedman v. D.C. Dept. Human Rights, D.C.C.A. no. 96-CV-961.
2. Termination chart prepared by the employer, Akin Gump, and filed with the D.C. Department of Human Rights: "INVOLUNTARY TERMINATIONS - JANUARY 1, 1990 THRU DECEMBER 31, 1991.
Unaccountably, the employer omits the name of one employee (a paralegal) named Stacey Schaar, who, I believe, was terminated for gross misconduct, in about May 1990. It was Schaar who stated to me in about August 1989: "We're all afraid of you. We're all afraid you're going to buy a gun, bring it in and shoot everyone." See Record on Appeal at 276.
3. "Authorization for Disclosure" (re: Gertrude R. Ticho, M.D.) that I hand-delivered to the U.S. Secret Service on August 11, 1998.
Two employees, and only two employees, stated that they feared I might be armed, dangerous, or homicidal: Stacey Schaar and Christine Robertson. The employer unaccountably omitted material facts relating to these employees, and their specific fears relating to my potential for violence, in documents the employer filed with the D.C. Department of Human Rights.
Sincerely,
Gary Freedman
