Dear Mr. Horan:

I am sending along a document that I submitted to Dr. Taub at my psychiatric consultation with him on Thursday August 20, 1998. The document is a brief, tentative "personality profile" of Dr. Taub that I prepared.

Incidentally, I want to point out the following minor fact. President Clinton's lawyer in the Paula Jones matter, Robert S. Bennett, Esq. (at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom, telephone no. (202) 371-7180) also represents Henry Zapruder, Esq. (telephone no.: (202) 862-9650) in ongoing litigation concerning Zapruder's ownership of the "Zapruder film." As you know, an old friend of mine, Craig Dye, has intimate connections with Zapruder's daughter. I don't know what non-privileged information, if any, Bennett has shared with President Clinton about the whole Zapruder story, but I assume that it's something that President Clinton would be interested in. [Henry Zapruder is now deceased. He is survived by his wife Marjorie, and daughter Alexandra who is married to Craig W. Dye.]

You have in your possession several letters that I have written to Bennett. Craig Dye's supervisor at the law firm of Hogan & Hartson [Freddie Rios], where Dye began employment in October 1986, later went to work at Bennett's law firm (Skadden Arps), where she was employed as legal assistant administrator.

Sincerely,

Gary Freedman
