Warrant.
The Royal Kapellmeister Richard Wagner, of this place, being somewhat more closely described below, is wanted for questioning on account of his material participation in the rebellious activities that took place in this city, but has not so far been found. The attention of all police authorities is therefore drawn to him, and they are requested, should he enter their jurisdiction, to arrest the said Wagner and advise us accordingly without delay.

Wagner is 37-38 years old, of medium height, has brown hair and a high forehead. Eyebrows: brown. Eyes: gray-blue. Nose and mouth: well proprotioned. Chin: rounded. Wears glasses. Special characteristics: movements and speech abrupt and rapid.
