Dear Mr. Horan:

Further to my letter to you dated February 17, 1999, I would like to submit the names of a few additional childhood friends.

1. Chris Fineman -- I was friendly with this individual at about the ages 7-8. Fineman lived across the street from my home. His parents were divorced. Mother's name was Dolores. Father owned a service station; I recall that father once purchased a recording of the soundtrack to the movie "Exodus" which he said he didn't like (this would date the interaction as having been no earlier than the release of that movie). Maternal grandmother lived at the house. Chris owned a pet turtle which he kept in the dining room.

2. Kenneth Griego -- We were friends in the sixth grade. We both belonged to a city-run boys choir and went to choir practice each Saturday (the head of the choir was Carlton J. Lake, who was a music instructor with the Philadelphia Public Schools.). Parents were German immigrants; they owned and operated a bakery -- "The Peter Pan Bake Shop." Father's name was Heinz. Parents were young at the time and would now be in their late 60's to early 70's. They would remember me. My mother sometimes shopped at the bakery. Griego had a younger sister.

I had lunch at his house every Saturday during the school year 1964-1965 (6th grade), after choir practice. Sometimes we went to the movies together. Griego was the lead in the sixth grade Christmas play. He entered the Germantown Academy, a private school, in the fall of 1965, in the seventh grade.

3. Robin McCuen -- McCuen attended my elementary school. We were friends in about the fourth to fifth grades. He also was a member of the above-referenced boys choir. Father was a professional news photographer and worked for one of the Philadelphia newspapers (The Inquirer or the Daily News). He had a younger brother. I was at his house a few times. His family moved to Chestnut Hill, a section of Philadelphia. I visited that house on one occasion in about the fall of1964.

Previous letters to the U.S. Secret Service (contained on the computer discs I provided to the U.S. Capitol Police) provide the names of Lee Fuiman (a friend in the 5th grade) and Susan Marks.
Sincerely,
Gary Freedman

[Lee A. Fuiman, Ph.D. is now a marine biologist: Professor, Department of Marine Science and School of Biological Sciences, Section of Integrative Biology Research Professor, Marine Science Institute, The University of Texas at Austin. Bob Strauss attended the University of Texas. Fuiman was a childhood friend of Raymond Weisbein, who has been accused of criminal fraud. I make no representations about the actions of Raymond Weisbein. He has threatened to sue me for libel. He was a bully in elementary school and apparently he is still a bully.
