Dear Mr. McGill:

Enclosed is a copy of a letter that I plan to forward to Lyn Schlitt, Esq., General Counsel of the U.S. International Trade Commission.

I plan to send a similar letter to the General Counsels of federal agencies throughout the federal system.

The Federal Protective Service is advised that any attempt by the Service to interfere in my communications with federal agencies, such as the enclosed letter to Lyn Schlitt, Esq. relating to future employment, may constitute a federal civil rights violation by the Federal Protective Service, and may trigger a civil rights investigation by the U.S. Department of Justice into the activities of the Service and its agents.

The Federal Protective Service is respectfully forewarned.

Sincerely,

Gary Freedman

cc: Mark Richard, Esq., U.S. Department of Justice (Office of Atty. Gen.)
