U.S. Secret Service -- Letter 1/2/98

TO: Phillip C. Leadroot, S.A.
FROM: Gary Freedman
DATE: January 2, 1998
RE: Hogan & Hartson - Support Staff - Professional Conduct
________________________

Enclosed are several documents that may be useful as investigation tools.

1. Draft letter dated January 2, 1998 addressed to the U.S. Department of Justice re: possible drug dealing at the law firm of Hogan & Hartson.

2. Copy of memo referenced in the above letter (dated January 2, 1998) titled: "I Street Easter Basket -- Pot Luck." The enclosed document, although a copy, is an old xerox copy; forensics would disclose that the enclosed document is not a recent fabrication but is, in fact, about ten years old.

3. Memo dated May 22, 1987 from Freddie Rios that details the professional background of Miriam T. Chilton. It is not clear why Freddie Rios and Sally Gonzalez (Senior Computer Specialist) hired an individual with no supervisory experience.

4. Copy of document that I faxed to my sister (Mrs. Estelle Jacobson) in the year 1992 that discusses the factual basis of my paranoid belief that Daniel Cutler was in communication with Earl Segal, Esq. at Akin Gump. The letter was "page 12" of a document submission that I made to SSA consultant Paul Yessler, M.D., under cover dated June 14, 1993.
