RE: FREEDMAN V. D.C. DEPT. HUMAN RIGHTS CORPORATION COUNSEL HOMICIDE RISK AFFIRMATION

Dear Mr. Ruff:

The enclosed documents are forwarded further to my letter to you dated June 6, 1997:

1. Certificate of Admission of Disability by Attorney filed May 20, 1997 with the Pa. Supreme Court Disciplinary Bd.

2. Letter dated June 7, 1997 addressed to the U.S. Secret Service (Philip C. Leadroot, S.A.)

I respect, but disagree with, the determination made by the District of Columbia Office of Corporation Counsel that my former employer's staff had genuine concerns that I might have had plans to acquire firearms for an unlawful purpose and possessed the intent to inflict grievous bodily harm or commit murder.

Sincerely,

Gary Freedman
