Dear Chairman Casellas:

Further to my letter (plus attachments) to you dated December 20, 1996 you will find enclosed a computer disc that contains a body of documents that further details the concerns stated by employees and members of the law firm of Akin, Gump, Strauss, Hauer & Feld, and affirmed as genuine by the District of Columbia Office of Corporation Counsel, regarding my potential for violence, including homicide and armed assault.

These materials are forwarded at the express suggestion of the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
