Representative Norton:

The following is a text of an email message I sent on 11/3/10 to the Inspector General of the United States about possible criminal scienter [sic]of Attorney General Holder.

To the Office of Inspector General of the United States:

This will respectfully advise the Inspector General of the following evidence that Attorney General Holder has knowledge of the facts surrounding Freedman v. D.C. Dept. Human Rights, D.C.C.A. no. 96-CV-961 (Sept. 1, 1998), an employment discrimination case that may involve criminal wrongdoing by my former employer, the D.C. law firm of Akin, Gump, Strauss, Hauer & Feld. Vernon E. Jordan, Jr., Esq. is a senior attorney manager at Akin Gump and a personal friend of Attorney General Holder. I do not know whether my letters to Mr. Holder over the years have ever prompted Mr. Holder to speak with Mr. Jordan about the matters I described.
