First Amendment: Beyond the Bounds of Protected Speech?

The following was posted on the Glenn A. Fine page on Facebook.  Mr. Fine serves as the Inspector General of the United States.  Do these published comments go beyond the bounds of protected speech?  The statements advocate the commission of illegal acts.

Why was I investigated by the U.S. Marshal Service for accurately quoting the statement of a federal official who said: "This case has been screaming for attention for years."  My statement was a verbatim quote that did not advocate illegal acts.  Whereas the statements below advocate illegal acts against the Inspector General.

Am I paranoid to suspect that the threat investigation initiated by the U.S. Marshal of me in January 2010 was not legitimate but had a political motive: the intent to intimidate me from speaking on this blog about matters concerning my former employer, the law firm of Akin, Gump, Strauss, Hauer & Feld?

Let's fill Glenn A. Fine's office with toxic waste, and when he dies we'll sweep him under the rug..... this is worse than criminal... and who is the CEO of UNICOR? PROSECUTE THIS MAN FOR MURDER PLEASE.
