Former U.S. Attorney Advised of Allegation of Jury Tampering -- 11/25/09

The following is the text of an email message I sent to Joseph diGenova, Esq. on November 25, 2009.  Mr. diGenova is a former U.S. Attorney for the District of Columbia.

I forward an email I sent to the Washington Field Office of the FBI, yesterday, November 24, 2009. In the event the U.S. Attorney opens a criminal investigation into this matter I may need your legal representation.
