Social Security Fraud: email Message to Representative Eleanor Holmes Norton

Representative Norton:

The following is the text of an email message I sent to the Office of Inspector General of the U.S. Dept. of Health and Human Services concerning a continuing fraud on the Social Security/Medicare systems.

Sir:

The following links establish that the Office of D.C. Corporation Counsel defrauded the U.S. Social Security Administration in the year 1997 by making it appear to the D.C. Court of Appeals in Freedman v. D.C. Department of Human Rights, D.C.C.A. no. 96-CV-961 (Sept. 1, 1998) that my psychiatric illness was far more severe than the D.C. government (D.C. Department of Human Rights) had originally found in 1993.
