Ideas of Reference: 3801 Staff

There used to be a friendly young guy who worked on the staff of my apartment building.  He was a brother.  I think his name was David Washington.  As I was walking up Connecticut Avenue this afternoon, I saw a fellow who appeared to be David Washington walking with a boy, his son, I guess.  When David Washington worked at 3801 in the late 1990s under manager John Reuss he brought his son to work on a few occasions; the son was just a baby in a stroller in those days.

So when Mr. Washington saw me today, he seemed to register a sympathetic reaction, as if he knew about my story and felt sorry for me.
