Dear Mr. Freedman:

This correspondence will acknowledge receipt of your November 4, 2010, electronic mail message providing an information copy of the text of an electronic mail message that you sent to U.S. Senator Blanche Lincoln, reporting that the U.S. Department of Justice declined to investigate your confession of disability fraud.

I hope this formation is helpful to you. If we may be of further assistance, please do not hesitate to call this Office.

Sincerely,

/s/

Stacie Pittell
Assistant Inspector General

For the chapter: "It's not my money sweetheart."

I'm also defrauding D.C. Medicaid, by billing D.C. Medicaid for the treatment of nonexistent mental illness. If you're OK with that, I'm OK with that.
