Dear Mr. Leadroot:

The enclosed computer disc contains a revised version of a letter that I previously submitted at the express request of the U.S. Secret Service.  I have added an appendix to the letter to Dr. Georgopoulos (my former treating psychiatrist) dated July 18, 1994.

Review of the letter by a forensic psychiatrist may provide important insight into my potential for violence, affirmed by the District of Columbia Office of Corporation Counsel to be a significant issue.  See Freedman v. D.C. Dept. of Human Rights, D.C. Superior Court MPA-95-14 (xxxxx xxxxx xxxxxxx, J.).
