Mental Stability in early 1996 -- Contemporaneous With Paranoid Schizophrenia Diagnosis

I found the following undated document on a computer disc that contains documents written in the period 1994 to 1996, contemporaneous with my psychiatric treatment at the George Washington University Medical Center, where I was diagnosed with psychotic mental illness.  In February 1996 my then treating psychiatrist Dimitrios Georgopoulos, M.D. diagnosed me with paranoid schizophrenia.  The file that contains the following document is titled "ml."  The use of the word "Anonymous" in the document strongly indicates the piece was written in about February 1996.

The document is a humor piece, a parody of my employment problems.  Humor is considered one of the mature ego defenses, and tends to be absent in persons with psychotic mental disorders.

The Three Contestants

Recently, a kinescope--previously thought to be lost--of the pilot of "What's My Line" emerged.  The following is a portion of the transcript of that lost episode.

Announcer:  Standing before you are three persons, each claiming to be Malcolm Lassman--a personal friend of Gertrude R. Ticho.

Gentleman, please--

Malcolm Lassman No 1:  Good evening, my name is Malcolm Lassman, and I'm a personal friend of Gertrude Ticho.

Malcolm Lassman No. 2:  Good evening, my name is Malcolm Lassman, and I'm a personal friend of Gertrude R. Ticho.

Malcolm Lassman No. 3:  Good evening, my name is Malcolm Lassman, and I'm a personal friend of Gertrude Ticho.

Announcer:  One of the three men you see standing before you is Malcolm Lassman.  Mr. Lassman is the founding partner of a large law firm and is a personal friend of Gertrude Ticho, a psychiatrist who practices in Washington, D.C.  Mr. Lassman has pioneered the use of psychiatrist-assisted termination, or so he claims.  Mr. Lassman introduced the concept or procedure a few years ago, when an employee at Mr. Lassman's law firm--known only as Anonymous--posed a

Dennis Race wrote the following in an interrogatory response:

"In addition, we spoke to Dr. Gertrude Ticho, a practicing psychiatrist in Washington, D.C. who is a personal friend of Mr. Lassman. By conference call, Mr. Lassman and I addressed our investigation findings (without identifying Complainant) as well as our proposed action. Dr. Ticho was very helpful and actually referred to Complainant's habit of putting accusatory or bizarre meanings to trivial matters as 'Ideas of Reference.'"

Is this statement an unwitting admission that Akin Gump resorts to personal friends to commit unlawful acts? Think about it: Eric Holder is a personal friend of Vernon Jordan's.
