Akin Gump: The Emergence of a Legal Strategy

The following is the transcript of one page of handwritten notes that I prepared in early November 1991, a few days after I was fired from my paralegal position, on October 29, 1991, by the law firm of Akin, Gump, Strauss, Hauer & Feld.  It is the earliest evidence of a legal strategy that would evolve over the coming months and years.  The document is devoid of any evidence of mental illness and, I suspect, is not the type of writing prepared by an enraged employee who might "go postal."
