FURTHER ORDERED that the appellant shall, within 30 days from the date of this order tender the $50 docketing fee and the $10 motion fee.  It is

FURTHER ORDERED that the lodged motion for leave to late file the documents is held in abeyance pending compliance with this order.  Failure to comply with this order shall result in the dismissal of this appeal.  See D.C. App. R. 14

My Daily Struggles said...

My motion to proceed on appeal in forma pauperis would have stated that I received Social Security benefits in a particular amount.

The Court had notice that its decision in this matter impinged indirectly on a federal interest.
