I think for years my problem has been that people look at the law firm of Akin, Gump, Strauss, Hauer & Feld and think, "They are big, powerful people. They are successful at what they do. They are rational people."
"Freedman is one person. He's just a little person, and a psychiatric patient diagnosed with severe mental illness. Who are we supposed to believe?"
I think that most people, given the choice between crediting the reports of a big-time law firm, on the one hand, and the seemingly incredible allegations of a mental patient, on the other, will believe the reports of the big time law firm.
But sometimes little people are the victims of big, powerful, successful people. Just look at the streets of Cairo!
