Harold F. Baker, Esq.
Trustee, George Washington University
1299 Pennsylvania Ave., NW
Washington, DC 20004

Dear Mr. Baker:

Enclosed for your information is additional documentation pertinent to my recent communications:

1. The most recent letter, dated February 14, 1996, to my current treating psychiatrist at the George Washington University Medical Center, Dr. Georgopoulos.

2. Statement prepared at my request indicating Dr. Georgopoulos' diagnosis of paranoid schizophrenia.

3. Autobiographical work on which I have been working since 1993 titled Significant Moments. You will observe that although the work is autobiographical it is written exclusively in the third person. You may recall that Colin Ferguson, a convicted murderer who defended himself, referred to himself exclusively in the third person in court. Colin Ferguson suffered from paranoid schizophrenia.

Sincerely,

Gary Freedman
