President Obama and Nietzsche
A New York Timesarticle reports that as a college student, President Barack Obama was interested in Nietzsche, Freud, and Sartre. A hopeful sign! I would have been worried if as an undergraduate he had been enamored of Kant or Hegel!
1 comment:
Sartre's novel Nausea seems particularly appropriate to my situation!
