A recollection. I used to work as a legal assistant at the law firm of Akin, Gump, Strauss, Hauer & Feld. One of my colleagues was a young man named Jesse Raben. In July 1989, while citing checking the Craig Hall RICO case brief for attorney Merrill Spiegel I overheard Mr. Raben say to someone in the Akin Gump library, "He's a lawyer, he can prove anything."
Well, now Mr. Raben is a lawyer himself and he can disprove anything!
