Second Circuit Court of Appeals: The First Glimmerings of Legal Recognition of Mobbing

A recent case decided by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit (New York) acknowledges the phenomenon of workplace "mobbing," which the court defines as a form of "group harassment" that involves "a process of abusive behaviors inflicted over time."  Souza v. Roque, Docket No. 07-1892-CV, August 21, 2009.
