Bruce P. Lapenson: Affirmative Action and the Meanings of Merit

My cousin, Bruce P. Lapenson, a member of the faculty of Temple University in Philadelphia, is the author of Affirmative Action and the Meanings of Merit.  The book can be previewed on Google Books at:

http://books.google.com/books?id=IMryKw4kSkUC&printsec=frontcover&dq=Affirmative+Action+and+the+Meanings+of+Merit&source=bl&ots=F3griEjPYJ&sig=owyde3UFO_SpMur8rLhf3tlctvU&hl=en&ei=k6WrS7jWG4K0lQe__bDXDg&sa=X&oi=book_result&ct=result&resnum=1&ved=0CAkQ6AEwAA#v=onepage&q=&f=false

Check it out.   It's a good read!  I'm sure Vernon Jordan would recommend it.

The Meanings of Merit? I'd like to write a book titled The Merits of Meaning -- because a lot of people don't get what I mean.
