RE:  Freedman v. D.C. Dept. of Human Rights
D.C. Court of Appeals Docket No. 93-AA-1342

Dear Mr. Reischel:

The enclosed letter dated June 8, 1995 to U.S. Attorney Eric H. Holder, Jr. is offered for your information with respect to the above-referenced matter.

The enclosed letter details additional irregularities in the Respondent agency's no probable cause finding, and highlights suspect factual omissions made by the Respondent below, my former employer, the law firm of Akin, Gump, Strauss, Hauer & Feld.  The factual analysis is based almost exclusively on the record on appeal.

You may, at your discretion, forward the enclosed letter to the District of Columbia Court of Appeals.

Sincerely,

Gary Freedman

D.C. Court of Appeals Docket No. 93-AA-1342 was dismissed for lack of jurisdiction. In the fall of 1995 I filed a civil action in the D.C. Superior Court which I later appealed to the Court of Appeals.
