Invading the Privacy of a Federal Judge

The Washington Post, Wednesday, April 4, 2012 edition at page C2 contains the following blurb:

HEY, ISN'T THAT . . . ?

Sonia Sotomayor dining at Ardeo in Cleveland Park on Monday night with nine colleagues (yes, one more than her usual cohort).  The group lingered about two hours.

On January 15, 2010 I was interviewed at my residence by the U.S. Marshals Service because of concerns that I posed a risk of harm  to a federal judge.  Among other things, the investigators were concerned -- seemingly incensed -- that I had disclosed the identity of the house of worship attended by that judge, a house of worship located in Cleveland Park.

Note that the individual who supplied the information for the Washington Post blurb was keeping tabs on the length of time Justice Sotomayor sat at her table. The behavior is quasi-stalking, far more serious than anything I was accused of doing by the USMS.
