Mr. Cutler and I maintained social contact till the spring of 1989 prior to his matriculation in law school later that fall. I understand that you have had professional dealings with Mr. Cutler.

I request that you counsel Mr. Cutler to disclose any facts pertinent to my employment at the law firm of Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld to the FBI. In late October 1988 I provided Mr. Cutler the name and telephone number of Akin Gump's legal assistant administrator (Maggie Sinnott) in the event he was interested in future employment with that firm. I do not know what contacts, if any, Mr. Cutler had with Akin Gump.

Dear Dr. Steury:
I am a patient of Nurse Sara
Carroll at the McClendon Center. I am struggling with the psychological
effects of workplace mobbing, a subtle form of job harassment that I
experienced during the period March 1988-October 1991. McClendon Center
has diagnosed me with post-traumatic stress disorder, major depression,
alcohol dependence (in remission), and paranoid symptoms -- all
recognized after-effects of workplace mobbing. (See attached D.C. worker's compensation claim).
I experience chronic insomnia. On December 12, 2013 I requested that Nurse Carroll
prescribe Dalmane. Dr. Carroll refused, citing the potential for drug
dependence. I have been on benzodiazepines from 1999 to the present
including Ativan, Clonipine, and Xanax and have never abused these
drugs. I have never become dependent on benzodiazepines.
I have identified an article published in 2009 in the journal Current Psychiatry that recommends the prescription of Dalmane for insomnia incident to workplace mobbing. (See attached).
I am concerned about Nurse
Carroll's treatment of me on two counts. First, Nurse Carroll has
refused to accept the fact that I was a victim of job harassment and in a
past consult she expressly said that my job termination was my fault.
Second, in view of the psychiatric
literature on the treatment of the psychological effects of workplace
mobbing, Nurse Carroll's refusal to prescribe Dalmane appears to be
medically uninformed.
I request that Nurse Carroll
prescribe Dalmane for my insomnia or that McClendon transfer me to a
medical practitioner at the clinic who will prescribe Dalmane or another
benzodiazepine hypnotic.

There is a possibility that a Pennsylvania-licensed attorney, Robert E. Dillon Esq. (One Penn Center, Suite 750, 1617 JFK Boulevard, Philadelphia, PA 19103 -- telephone no. 215-568-5116), has information regarding my violation of 42 USC 1011, Social Security fraud, a felony.
Robert E. Dillon, Esq. and I worked in adjacent cubicles in the terrace suite at the Washington, DC office of Akin, Gump, Strauss, Hauer & Feld in the year 1991 in the months prior to my job termination on October 29, 1991. As of 1991 Mr. Dillon worked as a full-time paralegal at Akin Gump while he attended law school at night at Catholic University. Mr. Dillon worked closely with senior attorney David P. Callet, Esq. on toxic tort litigation document production. My behavior in the year 1991 was described by Akin Gump senior counsel Dennis M. Race, Esq. and my direct supervisor, Chris Robertson as violent, disruptive and bizarre. According to Robertson coworkers voiced concerns to her about my working adjacent to them, such were their concerns about my volatility.
Mr. Dillon may have knowledge of the occurrence of events during the period April 8, 1991 to October 29, 1991 affecting my initial right to Social Security benefits. The Social Security Administration implicitly found that my disability arose during my tenure at the law firm of Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld and expressly found that I became disabled and unemployable effective October 29, 1991, adopting facts alleged in a sworn declaration made by Akin Gump management attorneys, Dennis M. Race, Esq. (202 887 4028) and Lawrence J. Hoffman, Esq. (retired).
Mr. Dillon may have information that I did not appear to suffer from a mental illness that would support my right to Social Security benefits. Mr. Dillon may have information about me tending to show that my initial claim for benefits was a criminal act in violation of 42 USC 1011.
