To the FBI Washington, DC Field Office:
On November 18, 2010 I was interviewed at my residence about a law enforcement matter by U.S. Secret Service Special Agent James Coggins (Washington, DC). I made an apparent felony admission to S.A. Coggins. Mr. Coggins just laughed. I found Mr. Coggins's reaction odd and inappropriate.

There is evidence that I committed a felony against the Government of the United States on September 3, 2014. There is evidence that I am engaged in a long-term scheme to defraud the federal government of up to about $500,000 in public monies.
