Digging Up The Dirt

During the fall term 1973 I resided at Packer Hall, a student dormitory on the campus of The Pennsylvania State University at University Park, Pennsylvania.

My roommate was Bob Brennan, an accounting major, originally from Doylestown, Pennsylvania.

Mr. Brennan had a friend named Mitch Oppenheim, a film major, who graduated Penn State in May 1975 (the same year I graduated). Coincidentally -- or not so coincidentally -- there is a Mitch Oppenheim who works as a film editor on The CBS Evening News With Katie Couric in Manhattan. He's worked for CBS News for years.
