Professor Rafter:

I thought you might have an academic interest in the following unusual workers' comp claim that alleges workplace mobbing.

Ms. Garabay,

The following is the text of the Statement in Support of Workers' Compensation Benefits that I will be submitting (via USPS) to the D.C. Department of Employment Services.  Facts relating to my psychiatric treatment at GW MFA (1992-1996) are material to my claim.  The actions of Gertrude R. Ticho, M.D. (deceased), a former Clinical Professor of Psychiatry at GW MFA, described below, may have facilitated the commission of a violation of federal law, a felony, by my former employer, the law firm of Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld (Akin Gump).

Randy Levine, Esq., senior counsel in the New York office of Akin Gump also happens to be a trustee of The George Washington University.

Because the Statement includes an allegation of a violation of federal law by my former employer (18 USC § 241 -- Conspiracy against rights), a felony (see paragraph 3(f), below), I am forwarding this message to the Washington Field Office of the FBI as well as the Office of U.S. Attorney for the District of Columbia.
