email Message to U.S. Attorney Loretta Lynch -- December 2014

To the New York FBI Field Office:

I am writing to you as a matter of public concern.  I request that you forward this message to U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of New York, Loretta E. Lynch,

Gary Freedman
Washington, DC

cc: Karl Racine, Attorney General Designate for the District of Columbia; Alberto Gonzales

The Honorable Loretta E. Lynch
U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of New York
271 Cadman Plaza East
Brooklyn NY 11201
(718) 254-7000

Ms. Lynch:

I hope you will investigate the following matter when you are confirmed as U.S. Attorney General.  If I have committed a felony I should be prosecuted.  A person should not be allowed to get away with committing a felony, a major financial fraud, against the U.S. Government simply because he used to work for a law firm that is managed by a close personal friend of Attorney General Eric H. Holder, Jr.

Thank you.

Dear Mr. Horowitz:

There is evidence that I committed a felony against the Government of the United States on December 3, 2014.  There is evidence that I am engaged in a long-term scheme to defraud the federal government of up to about $500,000 in public monies.

I am concerned that the failure of the FBI to investigate this matter creates the appearance of an obstruction of justice.

I have directed my concerns about this matter to former FBI Director Robert S. Mueller.

Verizon Communications Inc. has advised me by email that it will provide pertinent telephone records to the FBI under subpoena.

Gary Freedman
