God, I look awful in this picture. At that time I was on 80 mg/day Geodon, an antipsychotic med. I couldn't exercise -- the med drained me of all energy.
In late June 2008 I went down to 20 mg/day Geodon, and started my my exercise routine again.
I now look and feel way different.
