Mark Eiglarsh, Esq. -- The Florida Attorney General Responds
Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi received your email regarding your concerns with The Law Office of Mark Eiglarsh. Attorney General Bondi asked that I respond.
We appreciate hearing from you, and we have reviewed your concerns to determine the best resources to help you. We hope the following information proves helpful.
To file a complaint against an attorney or law firm, please contact The Florida Bar. The Florida Supreme Court has designated The Florida Bar as the agency responsible for reviewing grievances against lawyers licensed to practice in this state. You may contact The Bar by mail at 651 East Jefferson Street, Tallahassee, Florida 32399-2300, or by telephone at (850)561-5839. Further information regarding the grievance process is available on The Florida Bar's website at:

You may also benefit by contacting The Bar's Attorney Consumer Assistance Program (ACAP), which handles client complaints, and can even resolve some problems before a complaint is filed. You may review more information about this program online at:

Is this evidence that my complaint is not frivolous?
ReplyDeleteIf I had said that I believe Mark Eiglarsh has characteristics typically asssociated with extra-terrestrial aliens, would the Florida Attorney General have bothered to respond? I don't know.
