Bureaucracy: Your Federal Government at Work

This office does not make that determination.
You will need to either contact your local FBI office or local law enforcement agency.

Thank you

I have a question.  Are you saying that it is the conclusion of the FBI that nothing I have said in any of my statements that you reviewed constitute a felony admission by me?  You have concluded that my statements that I seem to be engaged in a scheme to defraud the federal government of hundreds of thousands of dollars do not constitute the admission of a felony by me?

Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Dear Mr. Freedman,

Your e-mail was directed to the Office for Victim Assistance (OVA) in the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI).  We have read your e-mail with great care and considered the information you provided to determine if we can be of help.

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide direct assistance in this particular matter because OVA does not have authority to open an investigation.  My office ensures that victims of federal crimes investigated by the FBI have access to the rights and assistance to which they are entitled under the law and the Attorney General Guidelines on Victim and Witness Assistance.  If you seek to have a matter investigated we encourage you to contact the FBI field office in your area.  For more information on crimes the FBI investigates and how to submit a complaint/tip, please visit:  www.fbi.gov .  Additionally if your complaint does not fall within federal jurisdiction, helpful information on state and local resources for victims of crime can be found at www.ojp.usdoj.gov/ovc/help/index.html .

Thank you for contacting us.  We wish there was more we could do to assist you.

There is circumstantial evidence that I committed a felony against the Government of the United States on July 3, 2013.  A person should not be allowed to commit a felony against the U.S. Government with impunity simply because he used to work at a law firm (Akin Gump) managed by a close personal friend of U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder.
The following is my felony fraud certification for the month of July 2013.  It appears that I am engaged in a long-term scheme to defraud the U.S. government of up to about $500,000 in public monies.
