On Ellen Furman

I wrote the following about Ellen Furman, who teaches at Penn State Abington, on Rate My Professor.

I had her at the beginning of her career in spring 1972. She seemed intelligent & knowledgeable. One thing I remember: I thought I did well on the final, but she gave me a C. Not expecting that. She introduced me to some really great literature, and for that I am truly grateful -- like Faulkner, Fitzgerald, etc.
