D.C. Public Library: Former Cleveland Park Employee
Ignacio Albarracin, Manager, Capitol View Branch of the D.C. Public Library used to work at the circulation desk at the Cleveland Park Branch under then-Manager, Brian P. Brown. I believed that Mr. Albarracin knew all about me and the ongoing surveillance. At the time he worked at Cleveland Park I formed the idea that he was unusually intelligent and articulate, and I wondered, "Why on Earth is he working at the circulation desk?" I have a good eye for peculiarities -- things that seem a tad askew.
