Dear Mr. Leadroot:

This will advise the U.S. Secret Service that a tenant in my apartment building, an individual named David F. Grady, Esq., is employed as an attorney at the law firm of Hogan & Hartson, where I was employed on a temporary basis from September 1985 to late February 1988.

My recollection is that Grady has resided at 3801 Connecticut Avenue as of at least 1990, and that he was employed at Hogan at least as of 1990. As of 1990 I was employed at Akin Gump.

My perception is that Grady recognizes me, although we have never met. I have had that perception at least as of May 1990.

Grady may have information pertinent to various issues, including issues relating to my employment at Hogan and my relations with Craig W. Dye and Daniel D. Cutler.

It is possible that Grady knows Douglas Rosenfeld, Esq., who was employed as an attorney at Hogan during the period 1987-1988 (during my tenure there), and later worked at Akin Gump from March 13, 1989 to some time in 1990. Rosenfeld was a friend of Daniel Cutler's.
