Dear Mr. Leadroot:
Enclosed is a copy of a letter dated June 6, 1997 addressed to chief White House Counsel Charles F.C. Ruff.
Mr. Ruff has personally affirmed that Akin Gump's concerns that I might be armed and homicidal are genuine. Yet the Secret Service absolutely refuses to investigate this matter--and to top it off, engages in coercive acts of intimidation against me when I attempt to discuss this matter with the Justice Department.
What in God's name is going on here?
