Dear Mr. Horan:

I submit the name of an additional individual whom you may want to contact.
The individual's name is Mark Pertnoy. He is a cousin who is about 7 years older than I am, born in about 1946. As of the early 1980's he lived in the Philadelphia area with his wife Carol. I have not seen him since about 1977. He graduated from Central High School in Philadelphia in about 1964 (about the 223rd graduating class).

One additional fact: A previous letter of mine referred to Henry G. Zapruder, Esq. (telephone no. 202 862-9650). Mr. Zapruder used to be a tax partner at the law firm of Morgan, Lewis, & Bockius. Coincidentally, another tax partner at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius is Sheldon S. Cohen, Esq. (telephone no. 202 467-7300) who happens to be a trustee of The George Washington University. I have had several communications with Mr. Cohen.
