I submit the name of an additional individual who may have information or rumor evidence about me that may be of interest to federal law enforcement:

Tobin was an associate at Akin Gump during my tenure; he made partner after I left, in about 1993.
Tobin's office was located on the 5th floor of the firm. I was assigned to the 5th floor during the period June 1988 to March 1989. Tobin knew who I was.

Tobin may have served on the firm's hiring committee (under hiring partner Dennis M. Race, Esq.), but I'm not entirely certain of that. I know that in 1989 a co-worker of mine, a temporary legal assistant named Stacey Schaar, spoke to Tobin about her plans to become a lawyer. It was Schaar who stated to me in about August 1989 that she and other employees feared that I might be homicidal.

I formed the opinion of Tobin that he had far too much drive and integrity to practice law at that firm. I guess I was right.
